Take the lead on inspiring others

Colleges and universities continue to struggle with serving low-income and first generation students. While 60 percent of the wealthiest students complete their studies and graduate, only about 16 percent of low-income college students graduate, according to the National Center for Education Statistics.

We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to address the graduation gap that exists between low-income students and those from higher-earning households. When you join our team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence a student’s life for the better and be a part of their success through higher education.
